Why for people in healing, helping and creative professions?

Hello, I`m so glad you`re here!

My name is Jenny, and I am a music therapist, creative arts & psychotherapy practitioner, Trance Movement™ facilitator, and massage therapist.
With empathy and a sense of humor, I support people of all ages on their unique journey towards greater joy, clarity, and well-being.
With music, creativity, gentle touch, and movement, I create spaces where growth can unfold. I help you reconnect with yourself, feel more in tune with your body, and find your inner balance.
My heart’s desire is to inspire you to trust your intuition and connect with your inner potential.

My approach combines music, art, writing, and body therapy methods and is inspired by my many years of collaboration with the child & adolescent psychiatry and family therapy practice Freiheitzwölf.

As far back as I can remember, I have expressed myself creatively.

As a child, I did so through theater, dance, choir singing, and with colors and pencils. In my youth, writing became an integral part of my life, and later, music followed. Creativity was never just a hobby for me - it was always a way to understand myself, process my emotions, and express what words sometimes cannot.

Over time, I realized that this creative expression not only helps me, but also others. Human beings are naturally creative. While children often embrace their creativity in a playful and uninhibited way, many lose this connection as they grow up, redirecting their creative energy into other areas such as problem-solving at work, strategy, and planning.

I enjoy moving within multicultural and interdisciplinary environments, and am here to support you and your family in German, English, or Spanish.

But creativity is much more than just a tool.
It is a force that can connect us with ourselves and bring us back into harmony.
Only when we are truly in touch with ourselves can we also authentically connect with others. Only when I can feel my own inner "yes" and "no" can I express myself fully in relation to another.
Genuine connection can only happen when I allow myself to stay true to my integrity, when I have the courage to truly look, to listen, and to show up authentically in relationships.
Honest, transparent communication, including the dialogue within myself, is the foundation for a sustainable and meaningful connection - with myself, with others, and with the people in my community.

I am happy to support you and your family on this journey - in German, English, or Spanish.

My vision

People who work in healing and helping professions often do so out of a deep desire to bring meaning to their lives and to be of value and support to others. However, over time, exhaustion can creep in - not because the work is no longer fulfilling, but because the demands become overwhelming.

Overwork, time pressure, performance stress, unclear agreements, too much or too little responsibility, hierarchical structures - these factors can cause one to lose sight of oneself, especially when family and relationships also require attention alongside work.

What do I need to stay healthy and fulfilled in the long run?
How do I cope with the feeling of not doing enough or not being enough?
How can I treat myself with the same mindfulness and appreciation that I offer to those I support?

People in creative professions also face unique challenges. Creative blocks, self-doubt, financial uncertainty, and the constant question: How can I stay true to myself in a world that often demands performance and conformity?

Creative individuals frequently go through deep inner processes. They question a lot and often perceive the world in particularly nuanced ways. This sensitivity can be enriching, but also challenging, especially in relationships.

How can I express my depth without losing myself?
How can I set boundaries while remaining open?
How can I connect with others without compromising who I am?

I navigate both worlds and support people in healing, helping, and creative professions, as well as anyone who resonates with these themes.
I help you work through these questions and use your sensitivity as a strength - both for yourself and in your relationships.
