Sound-guided massages for women*
Massages are deeply relaxing, soothing, and nurturing. When combined with overtone-rich sounds, they allow you to dive into a very profound relaxation, bringing the nervous system and body into complete rest.
You may be accompanied by the sounds of singing bowls or handpan in the background, or embark on an inner journey through the Gong Ritual*. Before the session, we will have a conversation over a cup of tea to discuss your specific wishes and needs.

What is the Gong Ritual?
The Gong Ritual is a form of sound therapy that blends archaic instruments, such as the didgeridoo, frame drum, and rattles, with the monochord, shruti box, tanpura, gong, vocals, and overtone flute.
This ritual was developed by Dr. Peter Hess (neurologist, psychiatrist, music therapist) and is taught at the Soundtrance Institute in Manresa, Spain. The sequence of instruments follows the stages of prenatal development and can be deeply healing. I am trained in this method.

I combine classical techniques with the flowing movements of Lomi Lomi Nui, integrating elements of reflexology, deep tissue, and ayurvedic massage.
Afterwards, you can enjoy an integrative live sound journey that complements your massage experience.
Instruments such as singing bowls, Burma Bell, handpan, tanpura swarmandala, Koshi sound chimes, shruti box, guitar, and voice may be used.
Feel free to let me know in advance if there`s a particular instrument you love, or I can choose intuitively.

I work there on Mondays from 3 PM to 9 PM and on Saturdays from 12 PM to 5 PM. You can book an appointment directly on the website.
Please note that the Hamam entrance fee is not included.
